Expecting money back from changing or canceling your hotel or vacation rental booking? When and how you get your refund depends on how you paid. When you paid with a credit or debit card will process your refund and credit the card you used for your booking within 24 hours. Once that has happened, your bank will take care of the remaining part of the process. Just be aware that it may take them up to 7 days to post the credit to your account, and up to 2 billing cycles to show on your statement. More than 7 days and still no refund on your account? Get in touch with your bank or credit card company to check on the status.

Your upcoming, completed, and canceled bookings are stored in your account. To view your bookings, Sign in to your account. Go to your profile by clicking the image on the right of the menu. Select My Booking History. Select View booking. If you do not have an account or have not made a booking, this section will be blank until you make the first reservation. Yes! We are focused on offering great premium and luxury travel options, but can certainly present users with 2 star options as needed. Simply select the Yellow filter icon to the left of your search button and choose the 2-star option. Then complete your search request and you will see all the 2-star hotels and accommodations will show for you.
