    • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date

    4. Booking and Payment

    • Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice
    • Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking

    Payment:

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
    • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
    • Payment processing is secured through third-party payment providers
    • You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for all applicable fees

    5. Cancellations and Refunds

    • Hotels: Most hotels offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in

    6. Travel Documents and Requirements

    You are responsible for:

    • Verifying entry requirements for your destination

    We are not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or insufficient travel documentation.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    • We are not liable for any services provided by third-party suppliers
    • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by service providers
    • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question
    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    8. Travel Insurance

    We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays. Travel insurance is not included in your booking unless explicitly stated.

    9. User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
    • Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
    • Post or transmit malicious code or content

    10. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Odyssey Travel App or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

    11. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
